Weve been there 4 yrs and all weve ever seen was a dead bat in our unit. The place seems spotless. Only complaint and it's really not a huge deal is the tight quarters in the elevator and the parking. Oh and last time it was ungodly hot in the unit but there was unusually hot weather...heat wave
