Apparently you need to dress up to enter! Omg so rude! Had to have my wedding ring checked & apparently I was not dressed for it & was questioned.on everything. When asked if I wanted to switch it all to me I was told oh you have that husband. When I was told oh you look like clearance person I would never buy anything!

It’s so sad that Kay Jewelers has really gone down as a company. I used to work for them and everyone had to be dressed in business or business casual. Since when do you allow your employees to wear JEANS to work and have CROP TOPS on?! This used to be a classy company and now you have teeny boppers working here it’s really sad. I sent a necklace out to be repaired and it came back with the clasp on CROOKED! The staff members tells me I’m sorry what is wrong with it? I wanted to be like are you kidding me right now? But anywho, after this, will be taking my business elsewhere if this is the type of service they now offer.

My parents were jewelers, I was terrified to go anywhere but a family business, but when a ring catches your eye- what can you do? I had an issue with my ring (my fault) and it wasn’t covered, but Melissa made magic happen for me! I highly recommend this Kay Jewelers above all others- I went to a few. It did take about a month or so to fix, but technically, they didn’t really need to help me at all because what I signed is what I signed, but I misunderstood what I signed! I trusted that it was all being taken care of, and although I had to wait a tiny bit, it was well worth it!!!! Melissa spent hours communicating back and forth with the warehouse. I really can’t thank her enough, it’s rare to find people who ACTUALLY CARE what they are working on. 💜💜💜💜💜 I approve!
