Mane Stage

I visited the bank yesterday during my lunch break. Gabrielle waited on me. While I was highly satisfied with her professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness, because of a long wait time I was dissatisfied with my overall experience. I spent about a half hour in a line with about 4 people ahead of me. I do not blame Gabrielle as she moved quickly, and the gentleman ahead of me seemed to have been handling a unique transaction. It's just that I don't understand why anyone would think it is acceptable for a bank in downtown Baltimore to only have one teller handling frontline customers during the noon hour on a weekday. It's an issue which management needs to address.

I see why this bank branch is averaging a 3 star review. Bank teller Courtney actually put her sign up saying go to next teller. Im saying Courtney could have literally waited on me, instead she proceeds to assist the other clerk with my transaction. The clerk proceeds like some robot as Courtney barks orders. Long story short she (Courtney) placed a hold on my check. Mind you my account is in excellent standing and over 30 days old. None of the other Hold Codes fit the criteria for a hold to be placed. Courtney basically accused me of trying to be fraudulent.

The best branch I saw ever in USA. I met 2 lovely and friendly persons. They stay working with me to solve my issues and never give up. All thanks for them. 🌹🌹

Standing outside in the heat, in a line with at least 7 other people. 2 tellers to service everyone. I appreciate social distancing. I appreciate the effort but whatever you're doing IS NOT WORKING!
