Worst bank branch ever i was in the place last month and a teller was about to fight completely out of control . I should’ve known I made a appointment to see someone and they act like I never did completely a wast . It dirty around the building the manger doesn’t look professional or act professional so I guess that’s why they are lacking called made a complaint nobody called me back. Please don’t go here

I'm very sad to say this but this is the worst bank branch I have ever been in my life. From the manager down to the staff. Very unprofessional. No longer will be banking with M&T because of this horrific branch.

I have never placed a review but I just had to on this one!!! I wish I can give this bank negative stars. I’m confident if you rated this locate well your review is either fake or you were paid for it.

My husband's paychecks come from M&T. This location used to take out 4% of his check because he didn't have an acct with them. Then it went up to 5%!!!! When he asked the teller why, she just shrugged and said "It's M&T". What?!?!? That's no answer!!! Then we go to a different branch and they charge $0 to cash the check. So, what? Are these tellers just pocketing the 5%???? Unfortunately it's the closest M&T to our house, but whenever he sees a different one closer to the job site (their sites can change weekly, even daily!), he goes to that one.
