I have never felt more compelled to write a review for a place. This is the first time that I have ever been to this bank and I was hesitant because of all the bad reviews. The teller Sophia was very unprofessional and very rude. I asked a clarifying question and she had an attitude the whole time and she snatched my paper from me. I am really not sure how this lady even has a job here but Bank of America seriously needs to reevaluate who they hire because it makes me never want to go back ever! If I could give zero stars I would.

can I get a human manager from Rodgers Forge BOA to talk to me??? I am medical power of attorney for a client of many years who is now in hospice and she is trying to establish checking account so that she does not have to come in there.

I would suggest calling and make an appointment to see the manager. Please remember that a Medical POA is very dfferent from a Financial one.
