Horrible stay! We flew in from a different State for a wedding. The night we checked in, there was no bell carts available. We travelled with elderly parents and 2 young children. We had to haul our luggage to our rooms at night with two children in our arms. The kitchen staff was extremely rude. During breakfast time, it was as though they were guarding the food and always running out and not refilling the food on time. One incident on Sunday prior to our check out, the dark roast coffee was out on Sunday morning before our flight and I told the kitchen staff. Instead of refilling the coffee Betty from the kitchen came out and told my elderly mother and I to move away from the coffee and prepare our coffee somewhere else as we were taking up space. Mind you there was a line for coffee before we got to the coffee station. Really spoiled our experience with Hampton Inn at this location. I am a Hilton honors member and we have stayed at many Hamptons in the past in various states. We booked 2 rooms. Will never stay at this place again!

This place is completely remodeled. The restaurant is good. They have live music inside and it sounds good. For a Hampton this place felt like a Hilton. This place had like 3 wedding parties and the place is so big there wasn't congestion.

Service was great. The newly renovated rooms and lobby are beautiful. They have entertainment some evenings in the lobby and it's really quite nice. My only complaint is the location which can't really be helped. The hotel is quite isolated but there are places to eat within a decent driving distance.

What a Great stay at Hampton Inn - the section I stayed in was just recently remodeled and I thought I was in a Brand New Hotel - Service was exceptional - even during a large wedding reception - I never heard a sound! After a big and busy week of business, this Inn was a great way to end!!

Usually cancellations for hotels require 48 hr notice without charge. Each hotel may differ however, so as mentioned previously call and politely explain your situation.
