I see why everyone says they are rude. I didn’t care that they didn’t have what van I needed, the owner had no people skills. As soon as I said “okay well thank you” he hung up on me. Like how hard is it to say “Have a nice day” or “bye” or at least something.

And businesses occasionally rent sport utility vehicles to haul equipment.
