I've been with PNC for a while now. I applied for a loan and got one for ten thousand dollars at 19.64 percent for three years. I paid it off in two never late on the loan. I applied for a different loan and was denied. Let me tell you why they said no. My credit score is over seven hundred. They said I had to many inquiries. That ridiculous and an insult. I called too talk to someone about this and I keep getting pushed around to different people. I waited two weeks for the letter in the mail and still couldn't get anybody who had a clue and wanted to help me. I will be looking for a different bank now thank you. Nice way to treat your customers. Sad

This particular branch needs to either hire more people or schedule better for Saturdays. Been in this line for 45 minutes. This is ridiculous 😒

Rude and no one wants to help you. Be aware that the cut off time for deposits is 10pm so if you do anything after that it doesn’t count until the next day, even though nothing goes through til midnight-3am like other normal banks. So people like me, who are limited on cash funds and see that my account got overdrafted $7 because of gas that hadn’t posted go and deposit cash into the atm at 10:16pm can be aware and it doesn’t matter if you do it or not, they’re still going to charge you an overdraft fee after midnight.
