Ordered a hand tossed regular cheese pizza at 9:39 pm and it’s 11:11 pm and still haven’t received it. Amanda the manager said she sent two pizzas and both were delivered and handed to me. Offered to send a third pizza and that’s all she could do… to make matters worse I tipped 20% cause I am a terrible customer… currently still waiting for my pizza to be delivered 11:17

Pizza was just warm at best. Asked for it to be baked well done, with extra cheese and toppings. Crust was soggy, cheese was barely visible and toppings were scarce. Don’t think I’ll be ordering this place again.

I order 15 min before getting to the store with an expected wait of 20-25 min. I’ve now been standing in store for 35+ minutes and still nothing for ONE PIZZA! So I’m taking this time While I’m waiting to write this review. I get short staff but I have seen 7 workers in here. This is also not the first time. Looks like it’s time to find a new pizza place

We order half pepperoni and half sausage with extra cheese you couldn’t hardly even see the cheese.. not to mention it was cold!!! This was the most disgusting pizza I ever ate!!! I will never order from papa John’s again!! Seriously look at this pizza and tell me where the cheese is at!!! If I could give 0 stars I would😡😡😡
