One of the worst experiences I’ve had when dealing with the clerk of courts. If I could give no stars I would!! The first lady I dealt with was absolutely awful to me for no reason. She said she had no idea what was going on with my paper work… Which, I would think, because this is her JOB that she would have some type of knowledge being a clerk of court and all, with what I was doing. She was extremely condescending and while I was trying to call my husband to straighten things out with what was going on, she had the audacity to yell at my kids (who weren’t even doing anything at the moment) to “sit down and be quiet!” They were literally sitting down. I had no signal and couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi so I said I would be back later because she was straight sending me into an anxiety attack. I did not know they were closed for lunch from 12:30-1:30 so I had to come back a third time. The next teller I had was more hateful than the first! I didn’t get the name of the previous lady, but her name was Caroline. She thought I had double paperwork and also did not know what to do. Once again, very condescending and extremely rude. She called the Titusville office to have someone look at the paper work and said that what I had was messy and incorrect. I called my husband to ask why she was saying this and it was because in the state of Florida you have to have special forms for what I was doing. I explained this is her and she rolled her eyes at me and said “yeh, ok?!” Like I’m the idiot… There was nothing wrong with my paperwork because Titusville accepted it. She said I should get some advice on what I was doing because she’s not a lawyer and this wasn’t correct. My lawyer was the one that told me to do this!! Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other clerk of courts in Melbourne or Vierra because these people are a waste of time!! Not helpful in the slightest and totally ignorant. 0/10 would not go back again.

Worst dmv I've ever had the displeasure of having to use, absolutely a waste of time and resources. Staff is unhelpful, rude and down right ignorant.

My issue with Brevard Tax Collectors is the lack of competence in your employees. I had and appointment at 11:40 pm, why is it that I’ve had to come back for a 3rd time today(it is now almost 3pm) for information they could’ve all provided me the first time around. They all report to the same manager who directs them; today seat 7 and 20 both brown skin girls both had an attitude and seat number 20 felt the need to tell us we don’t need to have attitude when we simply asked her if you went to the same manager seat number 7 did and we asked if she could highlight all forms and signatures we need why didn’t she do that in the first place. We now have to come back for a 3rd time. My biggest issue is that my brother did the same exact service not less then a month ago and they never once asked him to provide the extra document that I needed to have a notary or a police officer for. If this is a legal process why didn’t they have my brother fill the same forms I did. I don’t understand how a government facility hires incompetent employees that can pick and choose when legal documents are needed and when they’re not.

Why do they close at 5? Most people don't get off work till then! They have the gates half closed at 5 till??? I don't understand how they're able to just not give a flying F about anyone but themselves. Oh! And no walk ins??? Are you kidding me? Why the hell not? I don't like any office but I really don't like how disrespectful this one became. I got my driver's license here over 10yrs ago, and it was not this bad. I wish I knew what happened
