This gym is horrible. Machines are always broken, no quality control. I'm always running into problems with someone at the desk. Definitely switching over once my membership expires.

The Most unprofessional place I ever had to deal. I called the cancel the membership they told me to write a letter or go to the location personally otherwise they keep charging. How dare you waste my time to deal with it. It takes 1 min to get a membership but to cancel… I don’t see you saying you have to write a letter or go to the locations to get a membership. I have filled a consumer complaint to the state even though I know they probably had the issue mentioned in the documents they made me sign but I will try to give them as hard time as possible. I don’t make money by tricking people after all. I would rather donate that 300+ dollars to some good use than to this unprofessional and shame of a business.
