Well I'll be back to give a comment on these apartments. After reading reviews and hear from my neighbors it was not good! Its been going on 2yr for me. I was in a rush to find a roof over my children and I head. I which I wouldn't move here. They have change two owner when I came, this is the third. Doing this I think is kinda hard to get maintenance repaired because when you put in for a work order its never done cause they have new owners then they process start all over again.

The place looks ok, the receptionist however, had no interest in talking to me about the place, didn't explain anything about the property other than the date of availability, the lack of interest to talk to a client tells me already that they wont care about my needs as a customer.

Reside here for a year, worst mistake I could have ever made. Glad I’m moving out this neighborhood

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE!!! I’ve requested ever since last month for the maintenance to come and fix things in my apartment and the manager hasn’t sent them to come and fix the things yet, I wonder how much longer it would take for him to ask the maintenance to fix things? We pay our rent on time I expect for things to get fixed in the apartment on time. The things we have requested from maintenance hasn't gotten taken care of and the only way that it will is if you pay rent. My package has been stolen either from the office or out the mailbox. TAKE MY ADVICE DON'T MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS
