I have been living out there for now about 3 years. The new property managers are excellent. I can see that they are working very hard to get the place where it needs to be. One thing they need to work on is maintenance staff. Making sure everything in the apartment is working sufficiently sufficiently dishwasher's stoves stoles sink's Excedrin. This is very important when you are written a place and you're paying that kind of money. I truly hope it will be a turnaround for 2022 and 23 God-bless

My daughter and grand daughter haven't had water there in a couple of days. That is just unacceptable. What is going on at Retreat at Broad River apartments.

False advertisement they told me I had the apartment and once I got my moved in date for this Friday they call me today to say that I wasn't approved they are doing shady business I tried to contact the manager in the office to get the head manager number and she had the phone off the hook all day and still haven't received a response back they been giving me the round around for weeks now I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with this company they are very unprofessional and it's sickness I'm going to report them BBB ASAP please don't waste your time or money with them
