West Winds has been home for me almost 3 years. I love the community and the small cozy atmosphere. Tiffany is an AMAZING Property Manager who meets the needs of all the residents, the property landscaping and grounds well maintained as well as work orders always being taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend this apartment community for anyone seeking a quiet place to live that's convenient to all major shopping and parks.

Reached out to the front office multiple times about issues within home just to not receive any type of resolution. The wall and paint from the baseboards are separating and only been here about a month and a half. Spider infested. Said there would be a routine pest control . Negative , i was told after the fact i have to put in a request. I believe it’s included with the payment of rent monthly though. Just a overall horrible living experience.

My experience living at West Winds has been wonderful. I have been here for over 10 years and I love my townhome. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is great!!! The management team is awesome. Ms. Leah and the staff are very professional and courteous. I am proud to call West Winds my home.

My experience at West Winds was great. I notice the apt complex was quiet and well kept. Staff made me feel valued. I spoke with the manager, Leaha. She was very polite and informal. I was looking for a 2bd room apt. Unfortunately, they didn't have one available. If your looking for a clean, and friendly environment with great staff. I would highly recommend West Winds!!

If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment or garage. Please do not call emergency maintenance. You must call a locksmith if you are locked out after normal business hours.
No grills are permitted within the community however we do offer designated grilling areas for your convenience and enjoyment!
Yes, there are cable companies that service this area. You can ask our leasing office for more deals from our local representative!
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, prior to move-out. If you need to move-out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice.
Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking. If someone is permanently moving in, they will need to fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.
You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if you are enrolled in our online services.
We do not offer a resident referral program. Please let our office know if your friends or family want to join our community.
Yes, service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You will need to provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
Up to 2 pets, cats or dogs, are allowed. For any number of pets, there is a non-refundable fee of $350 for the first pet and an additional $250 for the second pet. The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. You can learn more by visiting our pet policy page.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
Rent is always due on the first; however, if you do not pay all rent on or before the 5th day of the month, you’ll pay a late charge of $100.
