My AC unit went out and right after calling the emergency line William the maintenance man here came over with no waiting period. He didn't stop working on it till he fixed the problem. Thr next day Iesha followed up with me to be sure things are working perfectly. Thanks to them both.

Pine Grove is a great place to live! I had problems with plumbing in my apartment and Aisha the property manager along side William the maintenance worked diligently and upgraded me with a new apartment! I now have new carpet new plumbing and fresh paint!! Thanks!! I’m definitely a happy camper! 😌 Precious Lewis

If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment or garage. Please do not call emergency maintenance. You must call a locksmith if you are locked out after normal business hours.
No grills are permitted within the community however we do offer designated grilling areas for your convenience and enjoyment!
Yes, there are cable companies that service this area. You can ask our leasing office for more deals from our local representative!
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, prior to move-out. If you need to move out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice.
Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking. If someone is permanently moving in, they will need to fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.
You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if you are enrolled in our online services.
Yes, service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You will need to provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
We allow up to 2 pets at Pine Grove Apartments both cats and dogs are allowed. For any number of pets, there is a non-refundable fee of $350 for the first pet and an additional $250 for the second pet. The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Our full pet policy can be viewed HERE.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
Rent is always due on the first; however, if you do not pay all rent on or before the 5th day of the month, a $100 late fee will be applied.
The security deposit at Pine Grove Apartments is $200 for a 1 bed/bath, $200 for a 2 bed/2 bath, and $400 for a 3 bed/ 2 bath apartment.
Residents are responsible for all utilities at Pine Grove Apartments and costs may vary. Residents are responsible for additional items such as cable and internet.

Our apartment homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.
No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to make sure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one half hour prior to closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.
Leave a message on the answer machine for maintenance and they have 42 hours to help you if it's not an emergency.
