Austin, is the best. I moved here a year and a half ago and I wish I had discovered Cedar Crest years ago. Austin, took his time to help set up my payments when I was having troubles. Answered all my questions and was extremely patient. Thank you, Austin. The entire staff is awesome all maintence requests are resolved immediately.

We have lived here for 4 years. I can wholeheartedly say that Gervonte and Austin are one of the main reasons we stay. I couldn't ask for better people to manage our complex. They truly try to do right by people and keep everyone's best interests in mind. All the work they do does not go unnoticed. The residents that live here can be downright awful but that's true anywhere you live. Some people can live like animals but Austin, Gervonte and the maintenance team are quick to rectify whatever challenge presents. They show up and that's what matters. Without really knowing the ins and outs of the way that upper level management works- I can tell you that this is a corporate run apartment complex and they try to run this place as cheaply as possible. Our residents and property managers deserve so much more than what we have to deal with. If more money was put into this place to make the standard of living equivalent to what we pay, it would make the lives of everyone involved so much better. The people at the top should be ashamed of themselves. Trash has always been an issue here and you can tell that Gervonte's hands are basically tied. I think given the opportunity to fix things, he would in a heartbeat. A second trash compactor would really go a long way. Things like light fixtures, door knobs, appliances could/should be updated but the people at the top don't have to live here so they won't ever see it that way. All in all- Gervonte and Austin are wonderful humans that deserve all the wonderful things. Idk what they make but it should be more.
