Purchased a above ground today. 18 by 34 oval. They sent a guy out for a on site evaluation which I had requested and eased my mind a bit because of some of my concerns. Nice and knowledgeable so far. Too early for a five star because nothing has happened yet but I will update as soon as it's installed. Probably a few weeks off.

I just want to say that I am a frequent customer of Griffin. The staff is always Professional and Polite and they treat everyone from what I can see like family. I have not been to any other pool store since I started shopping here. They will always be 5 star in my book.

I believe they do , these questions dont go directly to the store they are answered by local guides, I'd suggest giving them a call to get exact answers
