Mr. Snell and his staff go above and beyond. All the attorneys there are great. Vicki was great. Kaitlyn and everyone up front are great. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. They really took an interest in me and I felt like they truly cared. Also, they are really good at what they do.

full scam. represented my bestfriend. they will tell you what you want to hear to get your money & won’t do anything after that to actually help their clients. they lie to you & work against you rather with you. i have videos on the phone with the lawyer as she tells all kinds of lies.

Questions & Answers

Hello, my son recently had a auto accident and is at fault. He was given a ticket that puts 4 points on his license. Can the number of points be reduced and do you provide representation in such cases?

Points can only be reduced if the officer who wrote the ticket agrees to amend the charge to something else. Points can also be avoided entirely if the ticket is dismissed or if he is found not-guilty by the court. It is impossible to know for certain what the eventual outcome will be in advance, but reductions are dismissals are certainly possibilities. I'd recommend calling us at (803) 212-0208 and we can help you come up with the best next-step. This is normally having an attorney accompany your son to the initial court date. Another option is to fully contest the ticket.

Do you work with estate issues when someone passes?

We do work with estate issues in a couple of contexts. First, as they come up in other matters (such as wrongful death litigation). We also would consider a case where there was a challenge to the administration of a significant estate (1M+). As a general matter we do not currently accept uncontested probate cases. Over the years we've assisted in the administration of dozens of estates, however at this time the practice focus is more geared toward criminal defense and litigation. There are several good area attorneys who can assist with uncontested estates. Please let us know if you'd like a referral.
