I uses the service almost 10years until I started notices something aren't right. 1. The recycling services were added to 2 locations with out my approval, finally I talked to sale rep. to remove services of recyclings I didn't ask, she removed and told me to signs for accepting the price changes, 2. then services I requested to remove the pile of garbage with extra pickup, I got charged for full estimate of the pile of garbage that wasn't pick up too. With bad services I received, I can't get someone to talks, I decided to end the services, then turns to they tricks meI signed the contract to another 60 months when Rosette told me to accept removed of services and price changes, now everyone beware the tricks of this company, i didn't really see that they want to have me stay another 5years, I thought I signed for removing of services I did not asked. I left messages before noone answer until I want to stop the services then then Dennis Reedy called and said I haveI contract with this company another60 months. Beware everyone, makes sure print out hard copy before signing with this company.

I wish Elk Grove Village never changed to Groot. Been a poor experience for the residence just to save a couple bucks. I wish we had Waste Mgmt back. The drivers did thier job. Didn't complain. Took the garbage and yard waste. I've reported multiple issues to Groot and Village directly. Terrible service.
