Hi Peter, we don't work on Keurig coffee machines, unfortunately.
Our average turn around time for a repair is 7-10 business days. Depending on how many machines are in our warehouse at the time.
Hello, Thank you for reaching out to Mati Coffee. It sounds like your grinder settings are set to "too fine". Try setting the grinder adjuster to 7. Also, avoid using any dark roasts as those beans are oilier and tend to cause clogs and other issues to the machine. Hope this helps! For more questions, feel free to reach out to us at 847-545-9605.
I would suggest looking at their warranty on their website. From a quick search: THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Any machine NOT distributed by JURA within the United States. Any machine not purchased from an Authorized JURA Dealer. (Contact our customer service department to check for authorized dealers). Any machine purchased through EBAY. Damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, misuse. Improper operation or failure to follow instructions contained in this manual. Any service or alteration performed by an unauthorized person, company or association. Damage caused by neglecting and omitting maintenance, cleaning and decalcifying cycles. Damage caused by use of instant coffee or any other ingredients not allowed in this product.
