Was having problems with the app so I called to place my order. I always tip drivers cash. So after I give the lady my card info, she asks if im going to put a tip on there for my driver. And I said "no" and before I could say anything about having cash she scoffs real loud and yells "you're not going to tip your driver?!" I've heard other people's experience i think with the same lady. Super rude.

Waited an hour and a half for this pizza that clearly has pieces from different pizzas, placed in the same box to create some type of Chuck E. Cheese experiment. Luckily, I was emailed a “free pizza offer” after they realized how long it took. Can’t wait to get my free mystery experiment next weekend with my free offer.

When I got my philly cheese steak sandwich there was hardly any meat or peppers on the sandwich and when I called about it the woman I spoke to was very nasty about the situation, and eventually credited me the 6$ for a future order, which doesn't seem very likely to happen. Sad
