Year 3 residing in the Manor. I know I made the right decision to make this community my new home. Raised in the Region, last 20+ yrs lived in S.E. Indiana..near KY & Cincinnati, Ohio...Brrr ⛄..🚌 Retired We have 125+ or - owner occupied mobile homes on individual rented lots. I take pride in manicuring my yard and getting creative with outside decor, plants and lighting. We are social folks, we care about and enjoy one another. I just learned I can cast my fishing pole into our pond. All are encouraged to share in a🍂🍁🎨themed monthly dinner served in the Pavilion. Enter the raffle & bring plenty of your favorite Chocolate cupcakes ☺. Holidays give a reason to 'Dress up your Pup & 🇺🇸Celebrate'...👋 join the Parade before a multi course meal.... then at dusk.... get comfortable.. Our fireworks are 2nd to none, an opportunity for Music too 🎶. Note- bring your harmonica and 🎸 guitar... all are welcome 🎶. Pete provides a monthly Newsletter and many enjoy weekly Bingo games, Poker, Ladies monthly Luncheon event Location TBD 😋, Yoga..Wine tastings, fishing, horse shoes, bike riding teams and beach pole walkers.. and so much more..get involved...Volunteer..enjoy😎 Security is alert -property is well lit, no issues to report. We stroll with ease. Volunteers and Management team are the best benefit on my list of many. If and when I need assistance, no matter, these people are generous with their time and talents. I had no idea I was being blessed with that comforting benefit of living in the Manor😎 I could go on and on .. superior management... home ownership.. affordable lot rent... family vacation home ... interesting new friends... Convenient Location... social network... AwakrnCity.⛪ @ Epic Theatre...across the street-JW Hair Salon- DeLeon Pizza- 207 & 312...3 miles to I-95, weekend flea market, and 3 miles to THE BEACH. The folks here are welcoming and have become the security I am grateful to enjoy in my new chosen community. Much thanks🙏 God is good.

If you are a senior and looking for a secure quiet location and a great neighborhood of community of people then this is a place that one should look at. The mobile homes are quality standards and produced a very secure location with the ability to be able to shop without traveling very far like less than 2 miles or 1 mile, some worship centers that you can go to that are within that radius as well I'm not very close to the downtown historic of beautiful St Augustine Florida the nation's oldest city and the ability to be able to have disable access to each unit that is easily accessible to enter and to exit. Offering to those that are of age as the seniors to your doctors, along with along with access very swiftly with less than 2 miles to Flagler Hospital which is very good at what they do and very concise in treatment, respect, and most of all courtesy to meet all the needs with some of the finest doctors in the state, by far one of the nicest communities for those that are seniors and want to retire with very affordable units that provide the comfortability I'm a very friendly community of people and Gatherings that the community do to get to know each other, just a wonderful place to live and to retire to,,,,yiC
