I really wanted to like this spot when we went. Unfortunately when we went the adult fishing spot wasn't even worth fishing, you got stuck almost instantly every time. My son somewhat enjoyed the other pond. We pretty much stayed for about an hour and left. This was almost a year ago so we do need to venture up again, but it is quite a drive to be so disappointed.

Breathtaking views, and ponds and nearby river/streams teeming with trout

Kinda boring but pretty. A long drive to still have to keep a dog on leash. Fishing is available at the ponds.

I was there last weekend and they had a 🔥 so they we're pulling water from the ponds but they maybe open now
