Jasmine is a blessing! When I tell you that my hair was a hot mess, that's being polite. Over the past year or so I have bleached it (by myself, with harsh developer, against all common sense), toned it, put box dye in it to cover up the uneven splotches of color, and somehow missed sections with the dye entirely. So my hair was fried and not evenly colored. Oh, and I have bangs that I honestly forgot about. 😅 And I knocked over her clippers with my purse. So I was basically a nightmare client. Jasmine still figured out how to give me a really cute haircut. She also took time to show me the products she used in my hair and let me feel them in my hands to determine if I would like using them at home. She explained how to get the most out of my haircut in terms of styling, and made sure it was long enough to put up for work. She even made sure to see if the length of my bangs worked well with my glasses and took time to explain what products would help improve the condition of my hair. I'm thrilled. Edited to also include: Sarah at the brow bar is wonderful! Funny, friendly and skilled. My wax and tint flew by. Thanks to both of you!

I visited Ulta yesterday. Unfortunately, it was fifteen minutes before they closed. However, Karl, was wonderful. He went above and beyond. The young lady behind the counter was just as wonderful. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Such a wonderful experience.
