We love this place and have stayed here three times. Janice is a wonderful hostess and makes you feel at home. The rooms are nice and there are many places both inside and out to sit and enjoy a good book or the scenery. We love to hike on the property. The breakfasts are awesome. Janice has a great story about how this place came to be. My personal favorite are her gorgeous cats that are happy to accompany you on your walks about the property.

Lovely place to stay. Plenty of outdoors space to enjoy and explore. Rooms have a rustic feel and very spacious. Janice, the hostess, is a very pleasant and hospitable person. Her breakfasts are large and very delicious! You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I had a great time! River front property. Acres of land to explore. Cell service is spotty, so be prepared for a real off the grid experience. Just minutes from great restaurants and dinosaur park. Owner is super nice and she's a wonderful cook. The road can easily accommodate a family car, but don't bring your Corvette or any low profile car.

Excellent bed and breakfast right on the Brazos River. Beautiful property with plenty of hiking/walking opportunities. Interior was comfy and unique log cabin styling. Janice was an awesome host who tied the whole experience together with her warmth, storytelling, and home cooked breakfasts.
