Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I've loved Cane's since it started. The food is always delicious and the hospitality pretty good. However, one night recently I had a couple of coworkers visit the Chesterfield, MO. location. Although the doors were open, and they were able to enter, they learned that the restaurant was closed. This was not the problem. Disappointed they could not get fed, they asked if they could just get something to drink. As the employee was about to get them something, the manager suddenly appeared, and she barked, "Absolutely not, we are SO CLOSED!!!" Despite how much I have loved the food at Cane's, this is unacceptable, and I will NEVER return to this, or any other location.

Spent $40 on food for my family and then after food arrived my nephew wanted a sauce to dip his fries in. The counter person was going to give it to me but the manager said no, we have to charge you $.85 for another cup of sauce?!?! Wow, way to nickel and dime customers! But the kid at the counter did come apologize and he said he would have given it. This manager has a lot to learn about customer service.

Been going to canes for awhile now, will not return as I stopped in for a small snack and ordered a few pieces of chicken and a drink as well as the person in my part ordered a chicken sandwich. Received no sauce and upon request I was told I would have to pay for it after purchasing a meal and a couple pieces of chicken and again this isn’t extra sauce this is just sauce in general. Crew members were also rude about it. Just moved down from Colorado and this is my first and last experience with canes which is sad because I used to enjoy their food but will not be nickel and dimed for a small side of sauce. Absolutely ridiculous

Really nice chicken and sweet tea! First time drinking sweet tea as a Canadian and I'd say it was an overall real good experience
