Rooms were smelly and musty.When we booked our reservation for 2 nights when we arrived at the hotel we were very disappointed! I Diffeninty Do Not Recommend Staying at this location 😒 Hotel had a high star rating but who ever gave such a high star rating must not have actually stayed there! We left early the next morning.

We were charged 5X for a room we did not stay in and this manager/ owner said he would not give us our money back! He thought I was recording our conversation; I took pictures of his customer satisfaction sign in the lobby. We never stepped foot in a room. $259.02 is what this hotel owes us! This man is a crook. I've contacted our bank, The Better Business AND a couple others!! Do NOT stay here. We did not stay at this hotel. We booked a room in person. We NEEDED an outside entry. We were told this is what we would get. We did not! They could not accommodate us. We were there 5 minutes and charged 5x! And this manager/ own bet will not refund our money!

The bed was amazing! The room was more than big enough. The staff was very friendly for the most part. The room was extremely clean. The hot water never got cold, like in some motels. I absolutely loved my stay and had no complaints.

The check in process was seamless in a clean and we'll maintained lobby that doubles as the morning breakfast area. There were 2 pools, one inside and one outside. The interior pool was clean and the outdoor was closed for the season. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I completed a check for bugs and dirty conditions and it was all clean. Overall, I would stay again.

I could not answer why anyone would have treated you in a rude manner. This hotel does strive hard to satisfy travelers. I do know they had a turnover of employees around that time, so that might be related. They generally try to work with you and want to have repeat business, so it would be an exception now to not be able to discuss payment options.
I am sure it would depend on how long the extended stay is and how many rooms are needed. He definitely tries to work with travelers who need extended stay. It is a bit more difficult with some of the local people, as he strives to keep all guests comfortable and secure.
