Worse place ever to rent from definitely not worth it ! I’ve been here 2 years management has changed 4 times & switched companies twice , now the office has been closed for over 2 months due to them changing but there is absolutely no way to contact them! This place is horrible WOULD GIVE ZERO ZERO STARS

I’ve been living here for two years and sadly i renewed my lease for another year. when i first moved in it was incredible, i was 9 months pregnant and the staff was amazing! they got me in very quickly and gave me a cute little welcome mat! any time i ever had any maintenance issues they fixed it within the next few days. they always answered my phone calls, and returned my calls the next day if they missed them! i would bring my rent into the office and sit and talk with the staff, they were so friendly and welcoming and very understanding the few times i had issues with my apartment. they kept the property very clean and even had a cute little halloween decoration contest one year, the winner got so much taken off their rent. i felt that i couldn’t have picked a better place to live. sadly they’ve changed management since then. started going downhill when the complex had cold water for over a week and i had to take my one year old to a family member’s house just to give her baths. recently i had a maintenance issue and i’m still not sure what the cause was. i called immediately and it took three weeks for them to send someone out. i called four times and was very nice, finally got a call back and was told that they reported my issue to their maintenance, then i was then told that they were thinking of someone else and forgot to give my request to maintenance. i called another two times and was told maintenance would be out the one time they actually answered. no one ever came obviously, the fifth time i called i was extremely irritated and had to leave a voicemail and then received an automated message the next day that someone would be out later in the week. never even heard back from staff… i’ve called and left voicemails with questions and never received a call back. not even sure if anyone works in the office anymore as its still closed to the public due to covid. the property looks terrible. there are alcohol bottles outside, glass, and other trash. theres been a wig on the pool gate for over two months. this definitely isnt somewhere i want to live with my daughter and it makes me so sad thinking about how things were when i first moved in, most of my neighbors have moved out and believe me i’m counting down the months until i can too.

I’ve had cold water for over a week, and a hole in the ceiling above the shower that is now starting to mold more because there are taking so long to fix it. Kind of annoyed because they are never in the office when you need them and they NEVER answer the phone.

I still give this place 5 stars. I really like it here. The staff is great!! The neighbors are great too and my son wants us to stay here for a long time. 😊 I feel safe here, it is fairly quiet and is in a great location. I have recommended Eco Square to some friends as well.
