After the initial fee for Emergency Service (which was very reasonable), Tom followed up three or four times to make sure everything was working properly, and when it wasn't, he went above and beyond to remedy the issue at no additional cost. This was a good and honest local computer shop for all customers for years. However, they do not serve "residential" consumers anymore. Instead telling their many former customers that on the headline of their new website, they waste customers time putting them through a trap-door where they are told a story about an "evolving computer business" and then finally told that they are no longer welcome. TELL EVERYONE WHO YOU SERVE IN YOUR AD HEADLINE! It now appears LyteSpeed has amended and changed their website informing customers they now only serve businesses. Good decision.

The initial evaluation would be $29.99. The techs will check it out and see if data is recoverable, how much, etc... Then they will contact you with the recovery price. Because data recovery comes in many forms based on the scenario (such as a failing hard drive, terabytes of data, etc...). Hope this helps (BTW I work at Lytespeed and you are in good hands).
