To be more clear, I enjoyed what I had purchased, the roast duck with white rice was delicious but I just wasn't a fan of the miso soup, it might not be because it was bad just not my preference. However the duck soup wasn't tasteful to someone I was with and we shared the same opinions on it, it tasted extraordinarily like Onion, mostly onion and it wasn't pleasant. Customer service was nice however and overall it was a nice experience, it was too bad my friend had to mistakenly choose the duck soup, and I'm glad I got my roast duck.

You may be able to see them rolling sushi from the bar (not sure, havent sat up there) but they do not have an open hibachi grill where you can watch them cook on a flat top grill.
