Cassano's has one of the most unique, crispy thin crust pizza's. The salty aspect was missing this time, but It's still great! You know a pizza is good when you can just order cheese. I wouldn't say this is the best Cassano's location, but we definitely will be back when we are in this area.

I purchased a pizza very late at night. I was coming off a 16-hour shift around 10:50 p.m... at the Centerville Ohio location on Main Street. There was one employee in the building and she was very kind and my food was very hot and delicious. During covid-19, it is very hard to find great customer service, so I really appreciated her smile. I will definitely be buying more pizzas at this location! From a nurse to amazing pizza server, thank YOU for your service.

** update refund was never given after took back pizza and was told I was given refund*** Hour and 45 min later. Cold pizza and stale bread sticks. Pizza is soggy. Sad. From reading reviews it’s better to not get it delivered - it never works out well. And store managers are not empowered to make refunds or do anything without calling the call center.

Food was good. We had pizza, wings, Italian sandwich and salad. Guy at the front was super friendly. My problem started withwith women's bathroom. The toilet was dirty and there was no toilet paper. This alone can be excused, somewhat, except 5 minutes before I went in there a female worker went in there. Why didn't she clean the poop out of the toilet, replace the toilet paper and she DID NOT wash her hands, the sink was completely dry. That is just lazy and disgusting. I did not get her name but she was a heavy set girl and it was Saturday November 24 about 8:00 pm.
