Great experience with Dr. Alvarez. I would recommend her to anyone. She listened to me and answer every question. My issues is the billing department. I paid over $800 for my visits from Feb to April. However they keep billing it wong to my insurance. After being told three times by my insurance company how to code and fix the claim. They still have not. Meanwhile they have $700 which will be owed to me in a refund bc if the billing error. I have called and spoken to several different people in the billing department I’ve had my insurance company call them and explain how to fix the problem. I started calling in June and it is now almost the end of August and a problem still has not been fixed from a procedure that was coded incorrectly that I had an April.

Unbelievable. No call backs when you leave messages, their patient portal DOES NOT WORK, they do not send the notes from visit to the PCP in a timely fashion. Getting nowhere by phone, I physically went to the Kings Ave. Brandon FL location today at 2:15 pm because the hours online said 8-3. Got there before 2:30 and two other women were arriving around the same time and the doors were locked up tight. Closed. No sign on the door. No explanation. In my day, you didn't leave early until all the work was done and all the return calls made.

0 stars & 0 women's care!! They do not care, stay away from this place! I've been going here for almost 13 years. Recently got new insurance, they said they accepted it, took me into my first prenatal appt no problem, paid for it then my second appt comes along and they decide they no longer want to accept my insurance!! (because they won't make enough money is exactly what the office said the reason was.) Then to top it off a man working the front desk at my second appt told me to go and have my baby in my bathtub at home!!! I told the office manager she mentioned she would take care of it.. A week later I call back, he asks for my first name and last name, he had the nerve to say "oh the bathtub girl!!" This place obviously does not care about our women needs and has 0 respect!! I'm disgusted with women's care!!!

I am so happy right now. In actual happy tears if I’m honest. I’ve struggled with debilitating fears and anxiety about health and especially needles…. But I’m trying to take more control of my health and both my visits here. One for the lady bits and the other for labs have been the best experiences of my life regarding medical needs. Everyone has been so calming and honest too. I never want to go anywhere else.

You might want to give them a call to verify what types of insurance they take.

Can someone answer the phone on test results?...calling since this morning and nobody answer...patients need to talk to humans not to the automatic system.
