No problems here - was not busy at all and spaces are reasonably sized. Ticket machine worked and $4 for an evening of parking is great. Liked this location was a 5-minute walk from the theatre which is convenient but a little farther away so it wasn't very full. There are only 2 automated pay machines (pay before going to car) so did have to wait a few minutes.

Parking here can be tricky because the spaces are narrower than most people are used to (and we all know how some people park), so you may have to try a few spots before you find that perfect one. $1 per hour even on a bustling Saturday night, can't beat it.

The only negative is that the parking spots are narrow, making it a bit difficult to park when the garage is really full. All the garages in downtown Frederick are the same, though. Other than that, this is my go-to place to park for downtown Frederick. First half hour is free so if I just need to make a quick stop I don't end up having to pay.
