I stay here so often I refer to it as my second home. I work in the area a couple times a month, so I stay here overnight. The staff is fabulous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are dealing with the same shortages everyone is dealing with, and some of their brands are changing, but they're still keeping things going well. The breakfast is amazing. They have the best bacon I've had at a hotel buffet anywhere, and the biscuits and sausage gravy are really GOOD. Also, the cranberry juice mix is perfect. I stay at a lot of hotels, and I'm always happy to come back here. Also, if you're on the odd numbered side of the hotel, you get a view of a lake and park, and it's easy to forget how close you are to the Windy City. If you go to Harmony Brewery (right next to the hotel) and show them your room key, you'll get 15% off your meal, too.

Very nice hotel, everything was incredibly clean and maintained. Comfy beds, really good breakfast, & staff were kind and helpful.

Didn't have enough towels and didn't expect that we had to ask a day ahead for housekeeping. The continental breakfast was great all 3 days! Friendly staff! Room was clean and no odors! Very comfortable beds and spacious!

Positive: Great location. Close to highway. Negative: There was no refrigerator in the room. The hotel price was high for a 2.5 star hotel.
