*Update……now they’re changing the door locks instead of waiting until the room is checked out. So now I have to sit here and listen to this noise and be invaded for at least 60 minutes while the maintenance team throws tools and parts all over the place. If I could rate 0 stars I would. No excuse for this terrible experience. Don’t bother responding, owner. I have nothing more to say to you. Nasty dirty. Two rooms over several days. Both had previous renter hair in bathroom and beds looked messy, definitely not cleaned after every move out. No toilet paper in second room and plumbing is horrible. Cracked sink and toilet looks like it belongs in an outhouse. Gross! Stay away. Stayed on business so had no choice. Would never come here on a personal trip.

This has probably been the worst hotel experience Ive ever had, and we're only half way through the stay... first night we get here one of the staff barges into our room without even nocking then takes off wothout saying anything. Then breakfast this morning... grabbed a container of milk set to expire the 19th, must have sat out side the fridge for a while cause it was very sour. Sadly i didnt realize that until after I started drinking it... good think it was me and not my pregnant wife or 14 month old daughter. Definitely stay away from this place

Thank you, Shawn!! We were driving to Chicago from Toledo and had to stop for a rest around 3am. Everywhere was either booked, or wanted to make us buy two nights since it was already technically the next day. We really just needed somewhere to get 5 hours of sleep and hit the road again. Shawn sold us a room, and allowed us to sign up to be a rewards member as a way to get a discount on the room since as I mentioned, we were only there for 5 hours. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We enjoyed a quiet, peaceful stay!

Ok so I stay here often. And The only reason they do not get 5 stars is because the snickers ice-cream in the freezer was melted and the chips was expired and the vending machine never works. Other than that, very friendly staff. Especially the front desk and the house cleaners will get you what you need. Breakfast is ok. Overall very clean place.
