I do not know where to Start. We had a horrible, disgusting, disgusting. The bathroom were so dirty. It was the most disgusting place you can ever imagine. There was a party next to our hotel room, it was so LOUD. They were running back and forth down the hallway screaming. My 9 month baby woke up 3 times, my in-laws and I did not sleep all night. I for sure think it was the receptionist friends. because I called so many times to complain that every time she was going up I would hear her whisper to them to be silent. After my 6th complaint I heard the guy saying room 217 is complaining. Right when I heard them my heart stopped. I though we were going to die. My mother in law said did he just say our room number?? They kept knocking on my door all-night we were so scared to open the door. After many complaints finally called once again and told the receptionist I was calling the police . She came upstairs and told them to leave instead they partied outside with loud music wanted to leave the hotel that same night but we were so afraid that we were going to die. I waited till 7 am until those losers fell asleep so we can escape. This guy is a complete liar. They gave out my room number. There camera doesn't even work, their own staff stated that. I tried calling the manger numerous times and left plenty of voice mails and still no call back. This place is trash. Protect your family at all costs

This hotel was not on point and extremely disorganized. Not only did they fail to mention when called and asked that their pool was "down for maintenance" so we drove from out of town for nothing. Get to our room the sheets were DIRTY! The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and the hotel staff was so rude when asked to clean. The fridge didn't work. Hotel front desk has a nasty attitude when bringing up my concerns she didn't care, she said call and complain so I'm leaving an overly honest review and will be contacting corporate. NOT WORTH 179$ A NIGHT!

First off I just want to say the check in staff was phenomenal. The building interior design was pretty cool and everything was up to date. However, this was overshadowed by how absolutely dirty the bed was. It didn’t even seem like they bothered to clean it after the previous stay. Not only that but I couldn’t get any sleep because the truck factory next door seemed to be testing horns. Non-stop every 10 minutes horns were going off and this started at around 7AM. Finally, I had to give them $50 for “deposit” when I checked. It would’ve been nice to know I had to ahead of time but it’s not a big deal. However, I forgot it in the morning and literally came down the very next morning and the lady told me I “forfeited” it because I didn’t pick it up in time. Overall, this hotel seems to have some things right but definitely had a lot of work to do. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I stayed at the Holiday inn the down the road the next night and don’t regret spending the extra few bucks.

Checked out immediately after getting to room. Rooms are so tiny and very dingy. Walls are PAPER thin!! Seems like it maybe used to be a junk hotel and they put lipstick on a pig to "flip" it. Very cheaply done. Would've gotten by with that for just one night, but there were SEVERAL kids in the room next door and wandering all over the hallways yelling, screaming, playing loud music on their phones... You could hear the lady nextdoor coughing and shushing her kids. I called my husband and he could hear all the noise from the other end of the phone... just want to emphasize how THIN the walls are. Pictures looked nice... very very deceiving!
