I brought my mom in to look for a specific small lift chair. Fibyana saw I needed help getting in the door with my mom's wheelchair and she ran over to help. She took us to look at a couple of chairs that met our requirements. She explained the chairs , answered questions and let my mom sit in the chairs for as long as she needed without hovering over us and making her feel pressured. My mom decided she wanted to think it over so we asked for a business card . We left and within 10 mins mom said can we go back and order that chair . I really like the chair and our sales girl was AWESOME !!! Back to the store we went . Fibyana put the order in and made sure we left as happy customers should. Thank you Fibyana for being professional , patient and kind with no hovering over us just for a sale .

My chair was delivered ripped, they told me I had to accept it. Finally had a repairman out to fix it but the leather is bunched and a different grain. They were out with a second arm, different color. On the phone with corp. and they're basicly saying tough. For over $2500 I expect a chair that is right. This has been going on since May 2021.

Because of Sterling’s expertise of the various styles of recliners we feel very confident in the one we selected & purchased . In fact, all the Sales Personal who we met that day, Emily, Designer who helped us with the fabric choices. In addition to Emily, I had a few concerns, so the next day I went back to the store & Beckett, Salesperson who was very helpful & answered my additional questions.
