Worst bank to bank with, you don't get NO benefits from banking with them, the app they have is so slow and every time I move money from savings to checking it's says "denied" for some reason but ends up moving it. And you deposit money it doesn't go instant like other higher quality banks, every time you don't have sufficient money in your account they charge you $29.99 other banks give you a courtesy of 24 hrs to allow you to put the funds in your account, they charge you to dispute money from your account that isn't suppose to be on your account. I'll be moving banks ASAP! Go Astros! 👏

Today was a great day because Shawauna answered the phone in customer service department. She was patience, caring, and very professional. Getting older comes with a different kind of anxiety, because we never know who will answer the phone in customer or how they will respond to our limitations.
