I would talk with the gentleman that owns the store he is very helpful. When I had a question he went to his file cabinet and gave me some papers to keep that had info to read plus he talked with me about what to take and how many mg also. He is the only person I trust for info. He is not trying to sell stuff as much as he wants you to be healthy. He knows so much about what vitamins and what they do for the body. He has done so much research of many years and very knowledgeable. He says doctors just want to prescribe pills but they have so many bad side effects. Natural supplements won't harm the body.
