Terrible phone system, they won't answer the phone. There is no means of leaving a message. They don't communicate about the progress of install projects. The only to get them to reply on the last install was to protest the charge on my credit card.

Pretty much like any other Lowe's or Home Depot. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It's never been too difficult to find help from an associate when needed, and there is always a person running the self checkout registers that will step in and ring people up at their little register when a line forms, so you never spend too long waiting in line.

Customer service is improving at seemingly all of the Lowe's that I have been to lately. The only issue I have encountered has been inventory shortages. However that's not just at Lowe's. There's a shortage every where because of the trucking strike and the stuff going on in Europe.

My experience was terrible, I asked for help with my 2 buckets of 5 gallons of paint 2 times.I'm 69 years old and I've had a broken back and I could not get anybody to come out and help me, after walking back in the store twice. I went back to my car I was getting ready to go back in with my items and just get my money back and go somewhere else to buy them. When a gentleman and his wife pulled up beside me and ask if he could help and he did. He shared with me his experience and said this store is very bad about trying to get somebody help you. I think that's a shame, To me that's bad management.
