I use to always get the chicken bites box with fries(3.99). It was a typical thing for myself and my husband for days we had running to do. Last time I ordered it seen sizes had changed of the amount in boxes so I figured I would buy the half pound box instead seeing it is 6.59 I figured it would be more filling. I got literally 9 chicken bites and a child size portion of fries. It was very disappointing and shame on Rally's for their advertisement and deceit. Lost my family's business.

Horrible service, our cashier(Kevin) was rude. We didn’t even receive our drink, food was cold, and food reeked of weed

First time trying out Rally’s and we weren’t disappointed. Employee at the window was super nice and patient. Service was quick and the burgers came out hot and fresh. Very tasty as well as the mozzarella sticks. Only complaint is getting in and out of the parking lot was a hassle. Will definitely be back!
