Although some of the merchandise is cute, a lot of it is poorly designed and overpriced. There are a few excellent employees, but a lot of them are snobby. They will annoy you about applying for the credit card to get a discount. (Even after you say that you aren't interested). Usually you can find the coupon they offer on the Jcpenney app or website. The last few times my family and I have gone, their prices do not match at the register. We even took a picture of the sign and they had to manually adjust it.

There are signs requiring masks. The employees wear masks. I was wearing a mask. There were people not wearing masks, I never saw them being approached to put on mask. No temperature station. Nothing else.
I ordered mine last Sat after they closed and I got an email Sun to come pick it up. I drove over, pulled our front, called the # posted for pickups, they brought it out. I'm sorry you're having trouble. I don't if the number you're calling is what I called bc I deleted it.
Most places it's 3-4 days but can take up to 10 business days.
