They can not fill an order , they can not answer the phone called 6 times in one day and they never picked up. They ALWAYS leave stuff out of my order and if I am in a hurry like today I grab it and go because I think if they have their job they must be able to read and preform simple task like putting the sandwich in the bag. They do not in force the mask which is a state law, and i am not talking about eating I am talking standing in line or working behind the counter. The 6 ft rule does not apply either. It is bad. Rallys is across the road and a little harder to get to but they get the order right and wear mask so from now on that is where we will be going, at least I do not have to go there 2 times to get my order done right.......June 18th 2022 Update we tried them again and everything was perfect changed our 1 star 🌟 rating to a 5 ⭐. The strawberry frosty is 😍 amazing by the way. We used the drive thru. What a change from the last time we went there. We will be back for sure.

Food it’s usually hot but their ice coffee needs some help, I was disappointed with blow it was made I usually love Wendy’s ice coffee but today it was very bitter and not made to standard.

I was there from 11 am to 8:32 PM, it was a great experience, the staff was great and was there when I had questions, the food was phenomenal, with the amount of people at drive thru and in the dining room and around 8 the employees never gave up and pushed through making sure every order was perfect. And there was a sweet nice young lady making sure the guests knew what they were getting and made sure every order was taken down right. I think her name tag said maddison.
