Signed up for a time online on their app. Not a soul in the waiting room. When a family came in after me..she took them first. After I had been waiting a half hour. I know they had appointments after me because they had school uniforms on. Must have been good tippers. Cathy was who app was with. Won't be going back for the subpar service. Better to wait for Heather at Crawfords or just send child in wearing a private school uniform.

I called in to see if they do beard cuts, because, yanno covid. Nowhere out front did they state they were appoinment only, on the phone earlier that day, no one said appointment only or offered an appointment or an app. I wasted 10-20m of my day, was even greeted with a "hello" and was not asked if I had an appointment. I sat down, and waited for, what I didn't know, someone to come out to tell me I had to have an appointment 🙄 If you can't bother to tell me on one of three interactions with the business that I needed an appointment, I won't bother giving this business my money.

Great job all around! They were quick to get my son in and when they had a cancellation that would get us in faster they called right away. The people are very friendly,helpful,and professional. My son's cut was great too. Only one complaint,when his cut was done she did not brush the hair off his face and neck.
