Really just rude, there's no reason to be that way at all. Was just doing a simple drop off and they Acted like it was such a hassle to help, so I just told them to forget it and left. I was nothing but nice and expect that in return. Oh well, other carriers may take longer but I'll use them going forward. Edit I appreciate the response from the store, I won't be calling in because I've moved from the area, but it's nice to see them touch base. Hopefully that means they've turned a corner. Good luck.

From now on I’m ONLY USING the United State’s Postal Service (USPS) UPS charged $11.65 just to send a shirt inside an envelope (weighed 5.4oz) that I previously bought elsewhere, standard delivery from Boyd County Kentucky to Mentor Ohio AND what really got me, $5.10 to print out a shipping label. So all together $16.75 NEVER AGAIN. I gave it two stars bc the guy working seemed patient and wasn’t rude.

Went to the Russell, ky store to send a important package. Paid 23.62 to have it sent overnight, told me it would be there by the next evening, which would be Wednesday. The package didn't show up so I tracked the package and it says that it will not arrive until Saturday at 8pm! Very unacceptable so I call the store only to be told there is nothing they can do, no refund available either I just have to accept it! Will definitely never use UPS again. GO FEDEX!

You can schedule pickups, don’t support this place! I dreaded going to this store. The owner is focused on excessive fees and bad customer service. My favorite is the $5 fee to ‘open an email’ with a shipping label. Or you can use their computer that is $X per minute. I thought the staff had bad customer service, but the owner, Jo, approaches customers with the same combative attitude. I didn’t realize, until this became my local UPS store, how much of a difference customer service made between locations.
