Store is nice, friendly staff but apparently the company has gone green, which is great, but we are being charged for the bags at checkout! The staff does not make you aware of the cost for the bag they just add it on without your knowledge. I think they should give customers the option and make them aware of the cost before hand. The way they are doing it is kinda shady. Even though the cost is low, it's an ethical issue! Don't charge for something that customers did not opt to buy. Sallys went green and we are paying for it! Yay!

The staff in there could use a class in customer service not to mention they need to change the hours on the window which says they open at 9:00 and I drove 30 minutes to sit in my car for 30 minutes!

The bleach blonde with short short hair was rude and nasty no customer service at all I left without buying what I went there for because she acted like I was not supposed to be there. Gave me short answers on everything I asked for.
