You don’t expect a good experience at the DMV, but that’s exactly what I had! All the staff was very nice and I was in and out super quick :-)

Got seen right away. Had an appointment. Lady was very helpful and knew what she was doing. Easiest license process I've ever been through.

Nonexpired photo ID, recent bill with current address,$26
Open Saturday
DOT medical card, check the box that's only certifies you for in state.
No, they are excepting walk-ins now. Although they do ask that you make an appointment. They will take anyone with an appointment before you.
You don't need the RID to fly until after oct 2021. Its all on the dept of revenue and TSA websites what you need.
Look up DMV Kansas and that will have a link or section with frequently asked questions. I was on the site recently and remember coming across such a header.
You're gonna need some form of a picture ID you're gonna need a utility bill with your name and address on it car registration with your name and address on it You can use an old School year book if you don't have anything else with a photo
No, but it gets you right in.
You will have to go in. Good luck though. I'd recommend another DMV. Maybe. Most of them are the same. The one here tends to go above and beyond to make sure you cannot accomplish anything. 10 chairs open and "security" made us leave because they were "getting full in the lobby". Told us to come back in 20 minutes. Went back and then he told me we had to have an appt. This was the 2nd and 3rd attempts. The first attempt, I had an appt. Since we were 3 minutes late (I took the latest appt time and had to drive from Buhler), he said they couldn't help us. Even though their sign says they don't do anything after 4pm. It was 3:33. If you can, I'd ask if others have better experiences in McPherson, Newton, or Salina. Anywhere but here has to be better. The "security" seems to be the ex hall monitor type who uses his position to make lives of others difficult. He would fit right in with the old law enforcement (before the overhaul and resignations of certain people).
If it has the forwarding label , yes
Birth certificate social security card and proof of residency like a bill insurance bank statement
Depends on the age of the person. Full DL - under 21- $31- , for LP - $10. Over 21, LP - $10 , full DL - $29.
If you want one with the Real ID compliant, bring legal proof of full legal name ( certified state issued B/C & if a name change from the the legal document changing your name - like certified M/L) , proof of SS# ( SS Card or W-2 or SS form 1099), current DL, and 2 proofs of address. If over 21 and you have a class C the fee is $26.00.If you don't want the one with the Real ID star on it, just your DL, 2 proofs of address, $26.00. You will take a vision test. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are the quickest days.
Is this for Kansas ? If so, it depends on whether you're talking about a replacement or a 1st time DL & how old you are. Also whether you went thru Driver's Ed or not. With more information, I can give you the correct information for KS. Books in Kansas are $2.00 .
Yes
I would check with your dr
Either 3:30, 4, or 4:30. Been a while since i got my id renewed but they do have signs all over inside saying the time they stop.
They give you directions where to turn or go straight, mainly it's just around town.
If you enjoy waiting any time (somehow it still take 45 mins to be seen if there are only three people in front of you). If you goal is to be im there as little time as possible go before they open (but even then they will serve people that were there the night before that they did not get to see)
