They never answer the phone!!! We're from Ark City and called several times throughout the day to find out exactly what we needed for an I.D. With no one answering after several attempts we decided to Google it. Honestly thought we had everything and drove all the way to Winfield just to find out we did not!!! It's frustrating enough that they moved it from Strother Field, it's even more frustrating that no one answers the phone and now we have to come all the way back to Winfield to get this done!!! Not happy at all with this place!!!

Always friendly! I never have a bad experience here! Taxes are ridiculously high, thankfully the friendly staff helps lighten the mood after being screwed so bad by taxes!
