The ONLY thing the website answers is what movies and what times they are playing. The best option would be to have a press one for movies and showtimes and have it recorded and a press two to speak to a live person regarding ANYTHING other than showtimes. Very frustrating To find out that my phone call is not being answered just because they don’t want to or that I’m not important enough.

Yeah there is a little kiosk as you walk in to the left. You can buy them there. I would strongly recommend you check availability online first.

@Steven are they not answering there phone? Have you tried visiting there website to find a contact us page? Maybe they have recently changed there number or there having technical issues right now. My other suggestion would be to visit locally and ask your questions in person. I was there 1 week ago. They didn't have allot of staff working at the time. If you're seeking movie time's or to buy tickets that can be found on AMC's website or Google "AMC Springfield 11" will also bring up movie time's, there phone number, as well as the address and website to buy tickets. I think maybe they're having staffing issues. The physical box office was still physically selling tickets a couple months ago. I purchase through the app and just go to the door to get phone scanned. Someone ahead of us in line last week was asked if they needed to purchase tickets and someone was radioed over to help. I'm guessing someone can physically sell you a ticket if you ask, otherwise the sales window appears closed probably while staff are covering other areas.

I have been there many times and yes you can...they just say to take your child out of the theater if they are loud so others are not disturbed while watching the movie.

Well you have to call and reserved them it's best to do that go early and reserve your seats . I hope that help and tick is cheaper online but you have to go through extra so it's best to go there and pay look online for coupon. Jennifer could be right about the go online to reserve for handicap I haven't had to go through that. And I paid for my ticket and I didn't have a good experience with that because it's a third party so I wouldn't advise that . I hope I answer your question.

Sad but how it is, I know when it was showplex you could buy the $5 discounted tickets online but not with AMC sadly. Also from their site "Upcharges for premium formats, special events and exclusions apply. Only at the box office."

All of the standard theatre rooms have recliners. Not sure about Imax room.
