I just purchased tickets to see Jurrasic Park over the internet. They charged me a $7.70 PROCESSING FEE!!! What in the world! BEWARE! I am not very happy about it and tried to call and speak to someone. Guess what..... NO ANSWER! Not happy at all

Yes, when you buy tickets online, you pay a processing fee

If you join their club for $15 you get rewards and are never charged the fees. They give you a 1-888 number that you can call if you can't get through to them. I called them and they refunded the service charge since I joined the membership.

If you purchased them from the AMC website, you can request a refund online prior to the show time.
